Our Flambé Dishes

We have an assorted range of flambé dishes that we cook before your very own eyes! Our flambé cart on wheels can be transported to your table so that you have a kings view of the dish being cooked. Below are some of the flambé dishes that you can order at Sizzlers Steak Ranch, Restaurant.

Shrimp Pernod - Succulent king prawns sautéed in mushrooms, onion and fresh cream sauce. Flamed with 'pernod'. Server over rice.

Or you can try our Chicken Ala Cream - Boneless breast sautéed in mushroom and fresh cream. Flamed with brandy and sherry, just yummy.

Maybe you want an mixture of white meats our Chicken & Shrimp 'Sun N' Sea' is your perfect match. Carefully prepeared boneless breast and king prawns prepeared in garlic, onion, mushroom and lemon-wise sauce. Flamed with traditional Cyprus brandy and served over a bed of freshly cooked soft rice.

Pepper Steak - Fillet steak prepared in freshly ground peppercorns and fresh cream. Flamed with brandy and red wine.
Steak Diane - Fillet steak prepared in French mustard, onion, mushroom and fresh cream. Flamed with brandy and wine.

Steak 'Alexander' - Fillet steak prepared in onion, color pepper, mushrooms and fetta cheese. Flamed with brandy and wine.

Steak 'Great Napoleon' - Fillet steak prepared in onion, mushroom, color pepper and fresh cream. Topped with cheese and flamed with brandy and sherry

 

Chateaubriand (For two persons) - Double, heard of fillet steak, slightly grilled and sautéed in mushroom and mustard. Flamed with brandy and wine. Garnished with steamed asparagus and grilled tomato.
