We exclusively serve only the finest prime and certified beef available which is aged just right. Most of the times we use frozen, import steer delicately aged for tenderness and flavor. Sometimes we can find equal fresh hand cut and trimmed dry aged, we may use it also. All steaks are cut and marinated right here on the premises.
